Freight, installation, startup and operator training are available upon request. All boiler rental models are designed to be placed at customer-specified locations with minimal on-site labor.
Our 30A, 30 HP, 150 psi steam rental boiler package is skid-mounted and natural gas/propane-fired. It contains 1,035 PPH from and at 212° Fahrenheit. This model has a feedwater system with a pump, simplex water softening system, blowdown system and chemical tank and metering pump. All electric piping is interconnected within skids. Our professional and experienced team places your rental steam boiler at your designated location with minimal on-site work and disruption.
Our 30B, 30 HP, 150 psig electric steam boiler package includes a feedwater system with duplex pumps, a blowdown system, a simplex water softening system and a chemical tank and pump. All piping and electric interconnections are within the skid.
Our 40A, 40 HP, 900 psi fully enclosed steam generator package is trailer-mounted and natural gas-fired. It includes 1,380 PPH from and at 212° Fahrenheit. This model is ideal for low-output and high-pressure steam industrial needs. It has a feedwater system with duplex pumps, duplex water softening system and blowdown system. All electric and piping are interconnected with the 28-foot trailer.
The skid-mounted RS-50A 50HP, 150 psig electric steam boiler package includes a feedwater system with duplex pumps, a blowdown system, a simplex water softening system and a chemical tank and pump. All piping and electric interconnections are within the skid.
Our 100A, 100 HP, 200 psi steam rental boiler package is a complete mobile boiler room and natural gas or fuel-oil fired. It can produce 3,450 PPH from and at 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and the enclosed 28-foot semi-trailer has a feedwater system with duplex pumps, a duplex water softening system and a blowdown system. All electric and piping are also interconnected with the trailer. Our 100B, 100 HP, 150 psi steam rental boiler package includes the same components (see above).
The RT-125A Ohio Special boiler room and burner package includes a duplex water softener, feedwater tank and pumps, chemical pump, blowdown separator and maintenance accessibility. With 135 psig maximum operating pressure, this 4,312 PPH steam boiler can run on #2 oil, propane or natural gas.
Our 200A, 200 HP, 150 psi steam rental boiler package is a complete mobile boiler room and natural gas or fuel oil-fired. With 6,900 PPH from and at 212° Fahrenheit, the 48-foot semi-enclosed trailer has a feedwater system with duplex pumps, duplex water softening system and blowdown system. Our 200B, 200 HP, 600 psi steam rental boiler package is a complete mobile boiler room and is natural gas or fuel oil-fired. It has the following features:
Our 300A&B, 300 HP, 900 psi rental steam generator package is a stand-alone natural gas-fired boiler. The system is shipped loose and compatible with feedwater system RFWS-300AB. Our RFWS-300AB rental feedwater system rental can reach up to 600 HP. The feed water tank is equipped with two pumps at 300 HP each. All components are shipped loose.
Our RT-350A 250 psi steam rental boiler package produces 99.5% steam quality. The rental includes a duplex water softener, feedwater tank and pumps, chemical tank and pump and a blowdown separator. This steam boiler features 350 BHP and natural gas and #2 oil fuel types.
Our 500A, 500 HP, 250 psi steam rental boiler is steam, gas or fuel oil-fired. It features 6,900 from and at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The semi-enclosed trailer has a deaerator/feedwater system with duplex pumps, a duplex water system, a blowdown system and chemical injection quills. All of the piping and electric come connected with the trailer.
